circle of dance

PS 174 K-2 Students have the opportunity to participate in Circle of Dance residencies for over 10 years so far! We look forward to these dance lessons every spring and will be expanding our program to our youngest learners, our two PreK classes! Dance is mandated arts requirement for all elementary school children in New York State following a Blueprint for the Arts. Our students learn to communicate through music and movements, expressing themselves and making many connections. Our hope is to inspire and unite through cultural, artistic, and dance making literacy.
